How to avoid stress, anxiety, frustration, anger and other uneasiness?

Well, honestly saying, according to different sources and my observation we cannot eliminate them, we can just manage. But, I have realized that there is a path to actually do so. They are given below: i) Forget Past and Future, live in the present All the anxiety/stress/worries are brought up by our thoughts of the past and future. If you stop thinking about them you will feel easiness that has long been waiting for you. This does not mean that you should stop learning from your past and plan about your future, you must but be more aware of it.  Free yourself of any aim or any past feelings just for a moment, and see the difference. ii) Stop associating yourself as I/remove your ego This is the most trouble giver.
